Hi
I also have really dry skin, almost feel like a scaly dragon sometimes, and while our new stomach heals we have to take it easy and it's so hard to get enough noirushment (although I will be upping my vit c and see how I go too!)
Someone i know suggested using grocery extra Virgin olive oil as a body moisturiser as they swore by it and said they got no stretch marks post surgery. Relatively cheap option for a large bottle and our skins so dry it drinks it right up.
I use a dry body oil (even baby oil) After showering but am careful at the moment around my wound incisions. When you are able to start adding avocado and fish oil to your diet I found this helped me too (but again it will be what your body can tolerate).
Let us know how you get on and if you find anything else that works well for you.

As I try to get back to my roots, I am tackling a food/behavior modification each week and adding to the week before. Bringing hubby along with me, as he also has extra weight to lose and bad habits to break.
Week #1. One day a month, we can choose to have a sweet desert, but it has to be something home made.
The kids weren't here and we declined offers of Thanksgiving dinner as Friday is a workday for me. It was easier to start this new lifestyle change with no temptations in the house.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.
I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them! LW's!!!

I was 40 at surgery 3 years ago at 256 lbd and had been near that weight for at least 5 years and over 220 lbs for 12. I am 5'-6" tall and have been at 165 to 170 for 2 years. I was a slow but steady loser. I'm happy with my weight now even though it's 27 BMI but I'm around 25% body fat.
I have some sagging skin under my arms and some on my lower abdomen. I strength train at the gym and the muscle helps disguise it. I was comfortable enough to wear a bikini on my last beach vacation. I typically wear Spanx if I'm wearing a tight fitting dress but most people do anyway. I wear sleeveless dresses from early Spring until it cools down in Austin. I think the little higher BMI helps me with the skin. My general Dr, surgeon and trainer at Golds Gym think I'm fine at the weight I am.
I might do a tummy tuck and breast lift at some point but I'm fine as is. I think I had reasonable expectations and with my age I don't look any saggier than most others my age.
Good luck to you!
But as it was said, with time (depending on age and genetics) some of it may firm up.

Oh MY how I loved your video!!!! I's so super happy for you!!!!
If I were even 10 years younger I'd ask you what your face surgeon's name was! I look in the mirror and it makes me upset looking at all of my loose skin but at 63 I can't see spending the money or dealing with the pain or stitches. I have been wondering if a face lift would help at all. I can at least cover up the rest of the saggyness. My DH of 42 years loves me just the way I am.
