Thanks for posting. I am trying to be more conscious about waiting at least 30 minutes after eating before drinking. That kind of went to

Hi All, late in the day here so I thought I start the thread.
Today is my Trucker's (hubby) birthday. I asked him if he wanted to go out, and he's undecided, so my plan is for dinner at home. I did buy him a cake though!
Changing things up a bit today....
B - premier protein shake
S - yogurt and granola
L - slow cooked beef pot roast (M&Ms this stuff is sooooo good)
S - cucumbers, 1 oz egg salad with an extra HB egg (likely white only)
D - slow cooked beef pot roast (again with the deliciousness)
S - 4 slices of deli turkey
Total Cal 979, carbs 41, protein 125 (good numbers today)

atleast 80-100, keeps me full longer and out of the cupboard with a full pouch!

What a terrible problem to have......!!! Isn't it wonderful!!!!! This late in the year I wouldn't buy any summer things. I bought so many clothes on the way down that I had to give to Goodwill.....what a waste of money. Now I buy everything off of the end of season sales racks and I save soooo much money!

I hate Mammograms but glad I do them religiously. Looks like good Protein Choices! Do you have a daily Protein total you are trying to reach?

It's sooooo good to see you posting!!!
I love crackers. They are about the only carbs that I allow myself and feel no guilt. They go down so fast I loose count so the only way I can control how many of them I eat is to separate them in ziploc baggies.
Glad to see you are still using protein. How many Proteins are you aiming for in a day? I'm a firm believer that Protein is they only way to succeed.
