My first week back to eating properly gave me a whopping one pound loss. It's a start. Better than a gain. Yesterday I made Unjury Apple Muffins. The taste isn't bad but they fall apart and have to eat with a spoon. Also, made SF Brownies, a Bariatric Eating recipe. AWFUL!! I thought I would go ahead an eat them rather than waste the ingredients, but they went in the trash today. A stick of butter and a cup of Stevia......hated to waste but the taste was bitter.
Breakfast - Click shake
Mid-Morning - Crumbly Apple Muffin
Lunch - Meatballs in Au Jus; green beans; Greek yogurt
Snack - Beef sticks
Dinner - Tilapia; Quinoa; salad (3rd time to try Quinoa, just don't like)
Snack - Ricotta pudding
I'm still hanging in here. I had my psych consult today. Took a T/F test with a zillion questions as well. I think I did well. I am quitting Starbucks. Even though I drink the skinny drinks, it's still too much calories. I understand why. I also gave up dirt Coke. I know why. I know what can happen if I don't follow the instructions to the letter. This is life changing surgery for me. I dont want to die from diabetes. This is so worth it to me. I have another psych follow up visit to get test results. End of this month I have cardiac consult. I'm also maintaining my weight.
11 months to go from 187 to 115.

Welcome to our LW Board!!! It took me 9 months to get to my personal goal of 125. I was happy there so I increased my Protein drinks hoping not to gain any back. I continued losing for another 6 months dropping down to 108. My family kept telling me I was way to thin and I got scared. Against all of the advice I got from our "oldies" not to start maintenance early I didn't listen. Bounce Back is for real!!!!! The scales started moving in the wrong direction as soon as I added some calories in. I creeped up to the 118-120 range where I have settled for the last 6 years.

I hope you haven't started Maintenance yet. You need to let your body go as low as it wants to because bounce back is real!
