I've been wanting to make hard boiled eggs and I keep forgetting. I have enjoyed scrambled eggs a few days. I went through a time when that was my breakfast every morning.

That's quite a few steps...!!! I hope my DH got a few steps in while cleaning the house today.....LOL.

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with GOOD CHOICES during the Honeymoon Period.

I feel I need to repeat this: I am a FIRM believer in Good Whey Protein Drinks!!!!! It is sooooo much harder to do Maintenance without them!

Welcome to our LW Board!!!

This following statement is Copied from our LW Creed that we've had for years:

"I began my journey with a BMI of less than 45 and/or with less than 150 lbs excess weight. My lower BMI and excess weight does in no way make me less deserving of medical intervention, and I should not be made to feel inferior or guilty".

If you look further done in our posts you will see a subject title for the creed and you can read all of it.

BUT.....Everyone's welcome on our Lightweight Board!!!!!!!!!! Looking forward to hearing about your journey!!!

Afternoon LW's!!!! Our 2 Oldest Granddaughters have a concert tonight. They go to a Performing Arts school 1.5 hours away. Love hearing them sing but hate the long ride after work. I'm not sure where DH will stop to eat but I'm hoping it's some place I can get some good Protein. I had a Dr appointment before work this morning or I would have packed myself a sensible dinner.

Lunch: Beef Barley Soup

Snack: Sliced Ham

My parents are hanging in there, so sad to see my dad getting a little weaker everyday and more short of breath. ALS is really an awful disease. As for my mom, she is still not walking well and her memory is not very good, and her depression seems to be getting worse.

Sorry to hear the little guy is not feeling well. Welcome back from vacation
