Leaving for Mexico on Tuesday afternoon and will be back on Saturday afternoon.

My very good friend is having her VSG done on Wednesday by Dr Aceves. I'm nervous and soo excited for her!! I will be her only support since she is telling no one about this ( not even family for personal reasons )

I hope and pray for a no complication surgery and much success with her WL journey. I have been teaching and preaching to her everything I know from my own experience and really hope she listened!

I am going to try to take this week as a huge opportunity to NOT graze and hopefully lose a couple of pounds myself!!!
