my doctors office, the nurse left me a voicemail saying that dr. Cash couldnt see me tomorrow after all and i needed to call in and reschedule! But before i could get upset about it i called the nurse and she said, "why dont you come in today?"

so we'll see how it goes!
also had a question about calculation BMI, this site says that im at 45.2 but several other calculators say im at 44.7....i know its not a huge difference but id like to be prepared with this info for the dr., which do i believe?

until i meet with my pcp and request my referral haha i know im WAY far away from any major step in this process but it still makes me nervous as hell!! ahhh i swear i havent even really started and ive already backed out in my mind like 23423407 times! normal? im sure it is.
got my reminder call for Dr. Douglas Krahn's seminar, its on tuesday and its only 10 miles from my house at St. Bernadines..which is where i would be having my surgery if all goes as planned!

I didnt chicken out, I CALLED lol I spoke to appointment desk and informed her that i wanted to see dr cash (yes thats really his name lol) asap to do a full work-up/physical and wanted to discuss weight loss options with him, also scheduled a pap while i was at it ugh haha hate those darn things!
I have an appointment friday....i plan to go in super prepared and simply as for the referral...i already have a surgeon in mind, a co-worker went through him, so i know he takes my insurance...and he's not too far away!
I still dont know which procedure to go with....hoping the dr or surgeon can help with that. I also signed up for a seminar, hoping that will help with my big decision also.

to finally ask my pcp for a referral to bariatrics, ill be calling his office tomorrow on my lunch break...ill just make an appointment and hold nothing back...hope he wont give me any trouble!

i really hope i dont chicken out!
