One more work week until the holiday. We shut down from Friday until after the New Year. I'm really looking forward to that break. But there's a lot to do before Friday afternoon.

Tough week for me. I had a big day in the gym last Sunday and then two long flights in the next 48 hours and the arthritis in my knee started up. I've been on crutches the last couple of days but I think it is starting to get better. All the swellin

Hi, I see you have your surgery date. Congratulations! I know it's both exciting and scary at the same time. But if you deal with your head issues and stay with the basic rules of RNY it will be life changing and you will be so glad you did. Exciting news for me last week. I received insurance approval and will have RNY on August 29th. It still seems far away, but I am sure that time will pass quickly as the date gets closer.

I am a little shaky on the levers of power here but trying to start the weekly thread.

I meant to spend the weekend treating and painting my garage floor but a busy work week put those plans on hold. Ended up with kind of quiet weekend and saw
