Having been in maintenance for a few months I thought I was done with NSV's but today I had one.

If you were/are like me, you have avoided having your picture taken like the plague. I look back at pictures of my son and it looks like he was

woke up today feeling normal after a few days of feeling big and bloated. Took a picture this morning and was shocked when I saw it. I can’t belive this is me!

so my last blog update had me in maintenance with a healthy body fat and a pound range of 140-150.  My body as decided otherwise.  In the past few months I have dropped further weight and gained so...

Just had a great Dexa scan...thrilled with the results..I've put on muscle too (not sure how).

bought pleather leggings...I can't believe I had the guts to try them on...omg I love them! Now I want a leather jacket...lol
