Hi Becca, Congratulations on making it to the 300s. I remember how wonderful it felt to break into the 200s and now I'm struggling to make it into the 100s; I've been on an almost 4 mos. plateau. Reading how you're going to Curves, upping your water and proteins has helped and encouraged me once AGAIN. Your perseverance is paying off; we CAN do this! Becca, Congrat's on getting down in the 300's. Isn't this a great feeling, the weight just keeps on falling off. I'm waiting to get under 200 and I'm being patient but I want it yesterday. ake care and God Bless
