Congratulations on your weight loss. I do know how you feel. It is wonderful to be able to what the public eye deems normal weight and fit in seats at the movie theater, etc. Keep up the great job. Hugs and Enjoy your journey. Gwen

I know it's pretty near my last update, but I had a VERY momentous thing happen this morning. I got on the scale and I weighed 399 (I've lost 88 pounds in 97 days). I have weighed 400 or more pounds (except for a couple of times I dieted down) since 1978!!!! I now realize I will NEVER, EVER weigh over 400 pounds again in my life. It has been such a point of shame that I ever allowed myself to get to that point in the first place...I mean, LOTS of people have weighed 300 pounds, but 400? Nearly 500? I've been holding down the feelings of shame so long, that when I got on the scale and realized I would never have to feel that again, I just cried like a baby. I am so very thankful.
