Hello!!!! Good luck to you! I had my surgery in Dallas too but with Dr. Provost. My husband also had surgery but here in Kentucky. His starting weight was 474.. roughly your same weight. He has had wonderful success with his! He is now down to 250 pounds. If you have any questions.. He would be happy to answer them! He has some great "before" pictures too. Well, tomorrow is the big day, and I have to say I have been overwhelmed by the kind support I have received from everyone here and in general. Even the naysayers who were convinced I was going to kill myslef with this surgery are now positive. I guess they saw that I wasn't doing this for simple cosmetic reasons, but rather for my ongoing health. To all of you who are making up your minds about going for it, I have two questions...ones that made up my mind for me. 1. If not this, what are your going to do? 2. If not now, when? God bless you all, and I will see you soon in a steadily shrinking package!
