I'm still here..

Just an FYI.. I am still around.. I am at 97.5 pounds lost which is 47.5 pounds in since surgery 4 months ago. I have lost this without exercise and am still struggling with that part of this change. I know I should do it just need to motivation to do it. I would love to hit my 100 mark in the next couple of weeks. I have been feeling just fine.. Unless I eat I don't even know that I have had the surgery and almost 100 pounds lighter feels amazing.. Can't wait to be out of the 300's and into the 200's.. I got a new job after being off work for over a year so that is a new challenge too. I am just about 4 months out from surgery and have been back to work for about 7 weeks now so getting back into the swing of things has been amazing for me and hoping that will help with my energy level..

I am always seeking encouragement and always welcome questions. I do my best to respond to everything I can.
