Tues 1/13/09Hello...it's been awhile since I've written...got off track over the holidays...lost the 12 lbs & gained most of it back! THIS is so normal for me...I'm good for a few wks & then back to my old ways! This is why I need & want this surgery!!
But Great News--I finally got my PATs & surgery dates!! Pats is Wed 2/18 & surgery is Monday 3/2. I was offered a few dates in Feb but decided it was better for me to wait an extra 2 wks. This way I can clock my 200 hrs on the cpap, get my finances in order & get all my paperwork handed in at work for short term disability. I've waited this long...so 2 more weeks will be fine. I can also get re focused with my pre surg diet & get my butt back to the gym!!
I also received my cpap machine today also (it was a very productive day all around!!) so I'll begin using it tonight! I'll keep you posted over the next few wks & update again on my wt loss pre surgery! Hugs,
