Diane, CONGRATULATIONS on 75 pounds gone! I am so proud of you gurlie gurl! woo hoo Now go pick up a 50 pound bag of dog food(2) 10pound bags of potatoes and 1 5 pound bag of flour and see if you can even lift what you have lost!
