wow - word of advice keep a stool softener in my everyday vitamins routine.. just spent 20 mins in the bathroom and that was the worse pain ever .. would rather have surgery again glad...

burps - man i can burp at a drop of a hat now ..if i breath in one ounce of air 5 seconds later it is coming right back up ...i use to have to drink almost a 2 liter of pepsi just to burp...
