Been awhile since I've wrote here...sorry.

It's been a busy last few months for me and I guess I've not been good at keeping up with everybody unless your on my facebook. I think the last time I wrote here I had knee surgery well here it is 4 months later and still having just as much pain and it's daily. I've been out of town a few times and I've found a new talent where I can make flower arrangements and all this week have been doing craft shows and heading to one here in a litte while. I have pictures of all my things on facebook if anybody would like to check it out just add me as a friend.
My weight loss has slowed way down and on a good day I'm at 199 lbs but at my one year appt I was up 4lbs and got fussed at by the doctor. I've not been to the gym since knee surgery and I know that is one reason I'm not getting the weight off any quicker and the fact that carbs have found a way back into my life and it's been hard to stay away from them but I'm trying. Anyway that is what is going on in my life.
