I'm getting so confused on getting info on to the computer.  Can anyone tell me how I can get to a screen to change the Drs' name and to write my story?  I would also like to put something on my avatar put can't figure out how.  Still trying to figure out how to use my computer.  Getting ready for my surgery and would like to be able to do these things.  Thanks for any help you can give me.
