Haven't been on this site for awhile.  Just wanted to post for anyone out there who still remembers me that I am 1 year out from my VSG surg.  Haven't lost all the weight I wanted to lose but I am below the Drs. expected weight.  I would personallly like to lose another 10 to 15 lbs.  and it is getting harder to do so.  I won't give up because I have come to far and even if I am not able to lose anymore I feel great.  Better than I have in a really long time.  It isn't an easey process that we are going through but soooo worth it.  For all you newbies hang in there.  This is the best site for moral support and general information from real people who are going through or have gone through this process.  Rock On!  Michele
