New Goal

So, I'm almost at my first goal, which is 232 pounds.  The last time I was 232 was in my junior year of high school.  So far, I've only got two more pounds to go before I get there!  Then after that, my next goal is 199....I'll have to drop another 30+ pounds to get there but I'm ready for it.  I'm doing all I can to reach my goal.  I am enjoying working out because I feel that I get finer each time I do it, lol!  Plus, I can see the physical changes that the exercise is doing for me.  Also, it's a great way for me to work out my frustrations instead of eating.  It's not like I can do a whole lot of eating anyway but, I'd much rather exercise my troubles away.  Besides, exercise gives you happy endorphins!!  I'm in such a good mood today from yesterday's hour long circuit training!  I'm also sore but it's all good!
