I went back to work yesterday and we were so busy i work in a hospital and alot of infections are going around but anyway's alot of people notices the difference in me yeah me!!! some of them know about the surgery but others dont I havent weighed myself since I went for my fill besides I removed the scale from my home because it was getting to be obsessive for me so I 'll just wait and see how much I weigh when I go back to the doctors 

I got my first fill on Monday Oct 19th and it went well it didn't hurt at all like most said I only lost 2lbs since my post-op appointment which can be a little upsetting I thought that i would have lost a little more than that. I just have to remind myself that I didnt put this weight on over night so its not going to come off over night Im trying really hard to be patient with myself and my lovely new tool oh by the way I got 2cc's in my band hopefully I'll see better results when I go back it can it can sometimes be a little discouraging thats all but again its just the beginning of my journey I just see people losing faster and more than myself but again everyone and everyones body is different alright thats enough of my venting thanks for listening and some words of enouragement  and words of wisdom would really help thanks everyone:0)

Today is my 32nd  birthday Im pampering myself today to bad I cant have any cake but thats ok I dont need none Im on a mission to weight loss no carbs for me Lol!!!

Hello everyone I went to my first post-op and I've lost a total of 11lbs since surgery all of my incisions are healing well and in another week I can start some cardio excersise in which Im looking forward to alright guys I'll keep you posted thanks!!!

Today is my very1st appoinment after surgery I hope everything goes well and that Im losing weight the way that I should be wish me luck guys thanks I 'll keep everyone posted when I return.

Hello guys I finally got up and put I went to Walmart yesterday to get somthings I needed for home including a digital scale so, I weighed myself this morning and I now weigh 243.0 I was so happy thats a whopping -7 from surgery date and that was 9-10 this surgery can definately be a success if you put your all into it I know that for a fact this gas is killer and being sore isnt fun either but the results will be immaculate.

Hi everyone just got up the strength to get up and get on the computer things went very well guys aside from some moderate gas pains and being extremely sore I made it through safely thank GOD I met two of my Oh friends in the hospital and they looked well also. I just have one major problem Im hungry as hell Ive heard others say they werent hungry for days but not me Im starving today I go for my follow -up on 9-21 and hopefully I can move on to the puree diet but until then Ima be hungry. I guess well maybe I cant distinguish between the hunger and gas pains maybe its actuallu gas hopefully it is and the gasx stips will help sooth that pain when I first came home I was extremely sore but my husband and kids and family couldn't be more helpful.

Well everyone they just called me and I have to report to the hospital @ 7:15 am yeah I'm on my way to a new lifestyle!!!!!!

Well guys I have two more days to go before my lapband surgery and is excited yet a little nervous but this to will pass I did some shopping but not alot until I get to know what I like I got some shakes, protein powder, jello etc alright guys lets get this show on the road because Im ready!!!!

In just 6 days my life will change for the better Im nervous but yet anxious and happy, I just hope and pray that I have good success I know its all about how much effort you put into it and thats all that I have to do its put forth major effort!!!
