I finally got up the heart to tell my father about my lapband surgery my mom has been deceased for 5yrs so he is my only living parent he didnt say much but I think he still wants to discuss it with me there is no turning back Im going forward with a healtier me regardless of who approves or disapproves. I also told a couple of my co-workers because Im going to be out I just dont want anyone judging me but on the other hand who caers no one has to live in this body but me some may say I took the easy way out  but who cares what anyone says again "DONT JUDGE ME"!!!

I had my nutrtion class on 8-28-09 and it was so helpful I also lost 1lb since my last visit on 8-8-09 Im on my way to success that class answered alot of my many questions I hope i do well!!!
