hi everyone just to let you all know were only human so stop feeling bad because you have picked up weight. I tell you it's only a tool and I’m 5yrs out and have gained weight lost weight in these same 5yrs so it can be done just work the tool . I may not be as small as I was when I began but believe me I still stayed in a weight was OK for my frame but it's funny because I gain weight in the summer and lose weight in the winter but we still have to be accountable for are weight gain ,so right know I’m trying to get back to 135-140 I’m 150 right now wow just 5mos ago I was just 135 lbs see things happen but get right back up and start over .... this was me 5 mos ago so see are weight go up and down when where not consistent or eating right and not staying in the gym ....................
