My name is Elverna Vilas and my friends/family call me Cocoa for short. That nickname was given to me when I was 2 weeks old when I started eating Cocoa Wheats. My family fed it to me since milk was not satisfying me. I have always been a big girl and used to love my size but that size has outgrown my love. I am huge and hate that my stomach has now taken over my lap. My children can not sit on my knees and my husband and I now rub bellies. 
Cute but not anymore and I want to look good again. My motto used to be that "I may be big but I can make this sh#t look good"-not any longer after 4 kids. I hate pictures and hide from cameras. I try not to stand in front when pics are taken. I have always loved food and that is one addiction that I cannot kick! Binge eating is my way of life. I have lots of hard work ahead of me. I hope this works and plan to work at it to make it a life changing event. NEVER BEEN SMALL IN MY LIFE~wore size 13 misses in the 3rd grade and just recently in the past 4 years went from a plus size 24 to a plus size order online 30/32. Embarassing!!!! 
Now all I want is to lose this weight and work on looking good. Making plans to exercise and try jogging. ALways wanted to jog and love weight lifting but want to look good, not muscular. have lots of plans and lets become friends and support one another on this journey!!
