"So far he seems competent. I havn't really talked to him very much except in two little mini meetings. He has group meetings with his nurses and support staff who talk about everything related to the surgery. While this is going on, everybody has a mini appt with him while he check your vitals and is there to answer any questions. He has done over 125 surgeries with no fatalities. I had total confidence in him and is there to answer any questions you have. His bedside manner is caring. The surgery went perfectly and the after care is great. I was a little too active after surgery and had some concerns and he saw me right away with no appt. I would recomend Dr. Anwar and the Palo Alto Medical Foundation. From his office to the nutruionists and psychology dept.--everyone was very respectful and helpful"
