Hey Everyone~ Mary here, Mother of 3 girls, Grandmother to 5 Beautiful little sweeties~ long story short.. I had a Realize band placed April 2010.. I was happy with it in the beginning, but after a 35 lb loss everything seemed to just come to a halt, going to get fills was time consuming to me because I run my own business.. I felt I never got the restriction I needed with it so after a couple years decided I wanted a revision to The Vertical sleeve..in 2013 I had that surgery and have lost a total of 87 lbs. had about 17 lb regain now. so I am searching out support.. and doing a reset drinking mostly protein shakes! I can do this and will not gain all that weight back!! Have a Wonderful day!!!!!
