Now back to your regularly scheduled program

Well I've finally hit my 6 weeks mark, from now on everything I eat is what I will be eating for the rest of my life. No more liquid diet or mushy's. On with the rest of my life, I have to start school again next semester and I've been walking but have had to wait until 6 weeks before I could get to the gym. I want to be a gym rat!!! I can't wait, I know walking is great but there something about being on a machine that tells you how many calories you've burned and how long you've been on and how long you have to go, maybe I"m just to technology focused I don't know, lol. I can now feel the effects of not getting enough protein in, so I've changed to the little test tube protein drinks with 42g in each one, hopefully this will allow me to get it all in. I could get up off the floor easier at 280 lbs than I can now at 230 which is pathetic, but I'm much more comfortable down there than I used to be, lol. OH I want to be under 200 lbs so bad, I'm hoping to get there before November but that may be a stretch we will see.  If any one wants to leave me suggestions on foods please do leave a comment. I'm doing well but sometimes I feel like I'm in a rut, and need something different. I bough a can of turkey chili that I haven't tried yet, and I really stay away from beef, it's so hard for me to digest. I also found a Splenda made Ice Cream that has only 4 g of sugar but I haven't touched it, I think maybe I'm afraid of what it might lead to??  Well OH Family I'll talk to you later!!  Love, Jen
