I made it, I been in the 200's, actually the upper 200's so long that it's practically a miracle. My workout routine is solid, I even conquered my fear of the stair machine. I know I'm still going to be losing weight but my ultimate goal as of now is to tighten up. I'm up'n my protein, more weights, less carbs. I actually enjoy jogging on the treadmill but now I'm focusing on incline to work these muscles. I'm also doing core excercises for my tummy to try and get that in check, I know excess skin is there but I still think I can tighten it up some more. It's been 5 months and while everything is not perfect in my life or even on my body, just the fact that I can look at myself in the mirror and smile, keeps me on top of the world. I feel fabulous, and yes I was Fabulous before the surgery, but now I feel it inside and out!!
