70 pounds GONE FOREVER!!!

Well I haven't quite made it under 200 yet  but I've lost 70 plus pounds and that is great. I"m 210 so not much further hopefully before christmas I'll make it. Thanksgiving was great, food wasn't much of a problem for me I just ate a smidge of whatever I wanted except anything with sugar, so that I didn't feel denied and it worked. I was just as stuffed as everyone else except I only at 1/3 of what they put away and then after dinner I talked all the ladies into walking the block a couple of times so none of us got the "itis" by the time we got back to the house all the men were passed out on couch in front of some random game we played phase 10 and had desert, sweet potato pie or cake for some watermelon for me and a few others. I did however end up with a virus that had me in the ER the next monday, I don't know if it was the surgery that made the pain so intense but it was awful they actually gave me morphine in the hospital and pain meds for afterward, I'm glad that's over!! On to christmas!!
