Ok, im not as nervous as I had been a week ago but Im very very sensitive to "NOT HAVING THAT KIND OF FOOD EVER AGAIN" stage.... I've been to my counceling appointments and Im thinking this is my bodys last stich effort to keep me in "chains" (I should say mind not body) and keep me in the unhealthy stage that it has always been in.. I feel like im the only one out here on a limb (i mentally know im not) but has anyone else gone through this???? 
My surgery in Monday only 6 days away.. Im going to get the  bowl prep stuff today to make sure its here for me on sunday.. So no church for me that day, but i believe God will understand :)
Well Im going to go for now..

Ok i have just figured out that I have to post in my "blog" spot.. instead of "editing" my story..lol ha im such a blond at times.. yes i was born a toehead blond and i like it.. (it give me an excuse at times) lol :O)
Ok now for the blog part.. im getting nervous because i start the Optifast on Monday for two weeks and we are leaving for Florida on the 31st.. I will be fine with the food until Saturday when the family all gets together for lunch.. So if anyone reads this and can give me tips on how to handle my self for one day with the family at a very nice resturant in Orlando.. I have never been to Florida.. heck i have never been out of Ohio for a vacation like this in my life.. not even as a kid...I went to Niagara Falls for two day 9 yrs ago.. so thats about it.. all the other times ive been out of ohio it was for band compititions and it was only to one of the boarding states and right back to ohio we came.. so this will be an experience of a lifetime for me.
