As most stories on here, I have been overweight my whole life. Well, more than overweight, I have been obese. Before this process, one that started about seven months ago, obese was a word I cringed at hearing. I thought it meant ugly, undesirable, and gross. I am 20 years old, and I live in
I have one brother who is in 8th grade, and I am very close with my family. My girlfriend has helped me through this process, and she is an amazing person for that. I have several very strong friendships, and those people help me realize that just being me is ok.
Not quite sure what else to say. I love theater, and fitting comfortably into a theater seat without worrying if the person next to me has enough room will be a great reward of this surgery. I’m a musical nut, and as nerdy as it is, I relish in it!
