Dropped off my paperwork at the surgeon's office.  It's on my way to work and I wanted to make sure it didn't get lost.

Attended the compulsory informational session to begin "the program."  Got my packet of paperwork to fill out and send back in.

Met with my Primary Care Physician to discuss weight loss.  He told me there really isn't anything that will work in the long term and suggested bariatric surgery. Wrote a referal to a bariatric surgeon.  Bariatric surgeon won't meet with me unless I'm approved through insurance and been in "the program."
