Plastic Surgery

I am about 10 lbs away from goal but know that I am definetly going to need some plastic surgery.  My tummy is horrible, and my boobs (what boobs) are a joke.  Need to know where to begin and how do you know what all you should do?  For those ladies out there who have had it done any advice would be greatly appreciated.
