I started exersizing Jan.9/2010, I am feeling awesome. I have a personal trainer for a couple of weeks to get me on path to target the much needed areas of my beautiful body...LOL...A work in progress that is for sure. I am enjoying it very much, the burn, pain and pleasure after the workout is over...I swim everyday after my workout then Yaaaa! the Hottub the reward for a job completed, some days are better than others but I get there everyday. I have goals I am going to meet. This transformation is going to happen!It took alot to get to this point but if I can do it anyone can. I am missing you LISA , wondering and praying everyday you are coping and getting through this initial step. Proud of my friend Dee, she is doing awesome. Dont forget to call me for Lunch....Touch back with you all soon....
