I have been on them for a week now. Recommended by my Doctor, I was complaining about taking all the vitamins and trying to remember times for this one and that one , I was not getting my citrate into me. These awesome chewable vitamins are specially formulated just for bariatric clients like us. I take 2  twice a day and they do not taste bad, trust me I hate chewables but now it is so much more convenient and easier, made my life so much less stressful worry about the darn vitamins. I ordered and received one years supply best deal. I only like the strawberry and orange, I ordered half and half.
