Dealing with a first obstacle

About a week ago I started having trouble eating solid food without having this uncomfortable squeeze in my pouch!  I wasn't sure what it was.  I hoped it would pass but no such luck.  I saw Dr. Tompson and was told that it would possibly be a stricture.  I saw Dr. Garth today and he thinks it's an ulcer.  Now there's a running bet.  lol I guess we'll find out for sure tomorrow!  I'll update as soon as I find out what's wrong. 

I honestly can't complain.  I've done rather well without complications.  I can't imagine that this is too bad but we'll see.
