Ready for a second fill ALREADY

I have been trying to get my Dr.'s secretary to call me back ALL week for another appt. for another fill for next week. I have left 3 voicemails! Still NOTHING! She NEVER answers her phone  I swear. But I cant tell much difference with this fill of 5 cc and really believe I need more and I dont want to wait until April something for my next appointment. But the way it looks i MAY have too!
