Im back and Im 42, almost 43 (next month). Im weighing in at 169.9 and toying with Keto. Still struggling with alcohol and soda. 

 

 

HI! My name is Liz. IM 33 years old and from Massachusettes. My initial consult for GB-RNY was 1/14/11 at Leonard Morse Hospitals Weight Management Center.




Edited 1/4/2012 to ADD:

Post-op 18 days and 'ing my RNY! Down 28 lbs. and feel great! Wearing the binder, getting the protein in (60 + grams a day), getting the fluids in (64 + ounces a day) AND taking my vitamins (multi, B12, calcium).

Next comes exercise....   lol.
