Wednesday post 10 pounds to 100 challange

I had 1/2 a pack of grits for breakfast and a piece of the thin small party rye bread.
lunch so far has been 1/2 a hamburger pattie----im too tight right now to eat the rest, not really hungry, just want to eat it coz its really good!

Dinner-who knows-i have so much to do after work i may just do some cereal after church.

exercize is a no go for today.  Chasing 25-5 year olds for 2 hours might take care of some of it LOL.

I was feeling nauseated last night and this morning, pretty tired too.  This is NOT like me-good thing im going to see Dr. Barefield tomorrow.........that will be my official weigh in for the week.  i plan on doing the happy dance!!!!
