 Ok, so I am no better at keeping up this log than I am any other of my logs...

So here is my life so far, went for my 1st post-op appointment and I had lost 16lbs. since my consult appointment. I was suprised at how shocked people were by that. But, I had developed an allergic reaction to something and that turned out to be the anti-bacterial soap I had been using since surgery.

Although, I did get fussed at because I thought I was not supposed to eat soft foods until Friday, but apparently I was supposed to start at Day 8. Also, I was not getting enough protien in during the day.

So now, after starting soft foods my weight has rebounded a couple of pounds, I am trying really hard to not become discouraged -- but its hard.

I am focused on getting my protein in and walking everyday.
