First I want to say I love your profile page, it is beautiful! As for the spurs, I had to have surgery, it's like having bones that do not belong there, I had arthroscopic surgery on both feet and now they are fine. And if you have to choose between Maloxx & Mylanta, take the Mylanta, Maloxx will give you diarrhea! Best of luck... God Bless

Congrats Michelle! We had our surgries close together, mine was April 25 and we are losing about the same rate :) We deserve some happy dancing!

Read your question about snacks. I enjoy eating beddar cheddar baked crackers. Watch your carbs though. It slows down the wl process. try fresh fruits too, apple slices are wonderful.

hi Michelle, 41lbs!!! YaY..... Hey I keep a lot of info that I find I might benefit from down the road.<P> Here is something you can get for the "crunching" needed. Found at Walmart by the protein bars--Carb Solution High Protein Chips. $1.97 for a 2oz bag which is 2 servings. Per serving-- 130 calories, 5 g fat, 3 carbs, 1 sugar and 19 protein! Taste is fair and they come in bbq and nacho cheese
