now Day 4...

Today, I can say that I am feeling much better.  That feeling of dancing up close with a lawnmower on my tummy is definately decreasing.  I feel much better and also feel that my proportions are changing.  Wifiey says that my tummy is definately smaller .

As far as pain...none.
Hunger....none
Cravings...none
Well being...improved
Sefl image....getting better
Comfort level....good
Confidence about loosing weight for sure...100%
Going back to being fat...no chance
Thoughts of the future and outlook for my life...greatly improved.
Thoughts about putting on the feed bag when I can eat solids...not bothered.

So far, I give this decision 15.7 out of 10.  It rocks!!!!!
