I am only in the 1st month of my 6 month insurance required time and I am crawling up the walls. I have started to check off my list of Dr.s appointments and have started to change my diet, but I swear this is all moving at a snails pace. I keep going

I really just wanted to thank people for posting their before and after pictures. When this journey to a new life gets rough, those pictures are a visual reminder of why we are doing this and how FANTASTIC we are going to look. So, again....THANK YOU! 

I have to be on the 6 month hold (per my insurance) and I don't have to lose a certain amount of weight..just not gain any...I'm wondering when do they put you on the pre-surgery diet? Is a week before, a month? My Dr. said he'd prefer I lost as much a
