Hi, Melissa. Congratulations on making a huge decision that could change the rest of your life. I just want to say that it takes guts to consider doing this for yourself and you should feel really good about yourself for doing it. It's going to be a long road, but look at what you have waiting, a better way of life, less pain, and your health is going to be out of this world hopefully. You will need the support of your family, friends, co-workers, and even people that you have never met before and you will find that here. The people are very nice and knowledgable in different stages of the surgery process. I just want you to know that if you need to talk or just want some information about the surgery or how to deal with your insurance I could sure use a buddy to make the journey with. I am at the stage I am waiting for my approval, it's just a matter of time. Again, I'm proud of you for taking that step and if you need me just e-mail me.
