What can I say? Life is unbelievable! I am 7 months post-op and down 170 lbs! WOOOOOHOOOOO!!! I just can't say how happy I am with the weight loss. I can do so many more things now. Life is good! I have a desire now that I had lost before surgery.....a desire to live, to do, and just to be!!!! I have really used this "honeymoon" period to teach myself a new and healthier way of eating. This is so important, because at 8, 9, and 10 months post-op, we can eat more. We will need to depend upon those new habits we formed at the beginning. Today I am officially 6 months post-op, and I have shed 150 lbs!!! I feel fantastic! I can't believe the difference in my life now compared to 6 months ago. Everyday it seems I can do something new. I LOVE this feeling of accomplishment and success over my weight! However, it has started getting harder. I can now eat more, and I am depending upon what I taught myself those first four months. It is so vital that we take that "honey moon" period and teach ourselves a new and healthy way of eating, because when we reach 6, 7, or 8 months out, we can eat more and want more. I am SO GLAD I had this surgery. It saved my life!!!

It's been 20 weeks since my surgery, and I have shed 134 pounds! I feel fantastic. So far, I haven't had any problems with food. I am so much more energetic! It's incredible! I am so happy I had this surgery!

Hey guys! Time is flying by, and I am feeling great! I haven't had any problems and have shed 128 lbs! Life is good. I am so thankful for this surgery. Everyday is such a blessing.
