Pre-op diet

Just finished the 1st week of my two week pre-op diet. It really hasn't been as bad as I thought.I am supposed to have 2 protein shakes and 1 low-fat meal each day. I can also have broth, s/f Popsicles and s/f Jell-O. I am using the EAS vanilla powder from Target. My doctor gave me some recipe ideas to jazz up the drinks so they have been pretty good, actually. I have also been walking or riding my bike each day.
I lost 8.8 pounds the first week. A good start! One week to go.
