1st recheck & fill failure

Had my first recheck with surgeon today. I am exactly 3 weeks post-op. Doc is happy with my weight loss and tried to give me a fill. He said it takes "2 seconds." Well after he was still working on it after about two minutes I knew something was wrong. He thinks my port may be on its side. He tried a second time and still wasn't able to get it. It didn't hurt so much as it was just kind of uncomfortable and frustrating.I am getting an x-ray Monday at reg. doc. and then going back to see him next Thursday. He said if it is flipped that it could self-correct. I guess we will see what the x-ray shows.
I am bummed that my first fill didn't go as planned because I know I will be apprehensive the next time he tries. At least I know what to expect now though.
Hopefully things work themselves out. Trying to stay optimistic.
