Hello OH Fam!

Today I feel a lot better because I now know what I need to do. I only lost bout 2lbs since Oct. 9th. I figured out that I needed to be consistent with my protein intake. I don't like protein shakes, tried a lot of them. Finally I found something that taste so good. I started about four days ago and I already can tell the differences. I have regular bowel movement (daily), plus I already lost a 1lb. Now I know 1lb is not alot, but like i said ive been stalled since the 9th, so 1lb is a God send. Im sure my weight loss will increase. I mean I'm not trying to have drastic weight lost fast, I think 74lbs in five months is great. N FYI, im actually not five months until the 18th. So I guess keep me in ur prayers as I will u, until next time, TTYL!!

P.S Here's what I use for pr
otein, it taste so good, really.

Nectar Sweets, (Vanilla Bean Torte) Whey Protein Isolate; 23grams of protein, no sugar
French Vanilla Cafe, low calorie coffee drink mix, Sugar Free

Mix the Nectar in 8oz, cold water, can be warm, NOT HOT, more cold than warm
Mix 4 scoops of French Vanilla Cafe, into bout 4oz of HOT water. Actually add the water to the mix
After you do this, Mix the Nectar mix into the french vanilla cup, stir while ur mixing in. You can warm it back up after you stir it well. Please stir well because the protein will LUMP if u don't. Personally I like to put it in the freezer because Im an Ice Coffee fanatic. Sounds like its a lot of work, but really it takes no more than 3-4minutes to make. N it only takes that long because u have to heat the water for the coffee mix.

Just stopping by to give an update!! I'm still doing well trying to get all my food in. Im  working with a personal trainer, who is staying on top of me. You knw I need 2 get my arms 2gether and these thighs on point, lol!! Just keep me in ur prayers as I will u!!!

Hello OH friends!!

I know it's been such a long time since I wrote. I'm feeling really blessed today. I'm down 72lbs, I can't believe this is true, but I'm soooo grateful! I've been going to the gym, but not as much as I need to. I'm so proud of so many of you. I view your profiles and u guys are doing so well. I'm still trying to eat right. I feel like I'm getting more protein in my system, but I will admit that I haven't been as consistent with my Vitamins. I take them daily, but when I need to take it the second time, sometimes I forget. Anyway, stay blessed OH, TTYL!

Hello Everyone, Just wanted to give a quick shot out letting u all no that I'm okay. Here's a quick update! I'm learning the foods that I can and can't tolerate. I just got a personal trainer! I know shame on me, but I had to do it when i was ready. I'm down 56lbs now and feeling good. I'm not eating as much as I should, but I'm working on it. Lastly, I've been a bad, bad girl with my protein, but that's not a joke and I've been doing really well trying to get the right amount of protein in my system. So Keep me in your prayers!!!!

Sorry it's been soooo long!!!!

Hello everyone,

I'm well, just still getting use to not eating. I will admit it's a major difference. I'm so use to eating everything in site and now i can barely eat anything. I having difficulties getting all of my protein in. Water is not a problem for me, never was. Although I didn't eat right before the surgery, I always dranked 80oz of water per day, believe it or not. Now I'm drinking about 50oz and each week it goes up. BUT, the protein, whew that's hard. For some reason, I can't tolerate chicken, weird I know. I also need to get different vitamins because the ones I have are too big. If anyone have any recommendations please let me know. I am losing weight, Im down about 42lbs now. It's weird because I don't see it. Anyway keep me in your prayers!!!!! TTYL!

4 Day post op!! Thank God I made it through!!!

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers and support. I made it through surgery with no complications. Right now I'm on the liquid diet and struggling to eat that. I don't have an appetite, but I know I need something in my system. Please Keep me in your prayers. I will keep you guys updated. Right now I'm on drugs so, I'm sleeping a lot. I don't feel much pain, but there is discomfort. The drugs are helping a lot, but I only take as needed, don't want to be addicted. I tell you more about my journey to the hospital and after on another date. I will say this! It's really weird to drink only liquids everyday (jello, broth, tea etc.) and not be able to eat that. I have to force myself to drink the liquids. Not because its nasty, just because its weird feeling something inside of you blocking u from drinking to much. I thought something was wrong at first. Anyway, I'm still getting use to it all. If anyone have any information that will help me, please let me know. For now I'm okay and getting rest.

Finally!!!!

Thanks to Everyone for their support and Kind Words. I have to be at the hospital at 5:45am, only 17hours left. I'm asking everyone to pray for me. I'm nervous, but feeling a weird calmness as well. (Strange right). Anyway, GOD willing I will be speaking to you all, Post OP!!!!
