Hello Everyone, Just wanted to give a quick shot out letting u all no that I'm okay. Here's a quick update! I'm learning the foods that I can and can't tolerate. I just got a personal trainer! I know shame on me, but I had to do it when i was ready. I'm down 56lbs now and feeling good. I'm not eating as much as I should, but I'm working on it. Lastly, I've been a bad, bad girl with my protein, but that's not a joke and I've been doing really well trying to get the right amount of protein in my system. So Keep me in your prayers!!!!
