My old jeans are way too big now!!  WOOOHOOO!!!
 
Wow Size regular 16 pants down from 22W!!!!!  Ok so they do have some stretch in them!  So what!

Well I am 230.6# at last offficial weigh at work but Aunt Flow is coming!!!  So no more weight ins until she is gone.  Love ya!  TTFN!!

O.K. Sorry that it has been sooo long I am doing good went to the doctor finally on Saturday and got my bp/fluid pill restarted and lost 7 pounds as of today!  That is a lot of fluid!!  Anyway as of this morning I was 232!!!!!  WOOOHOOOOO!!!!  All praise be to GOD!!!  Halleluhah!!!!

It's been awhile but......

I have lost 25inches total..........

Bust.....7"
Band.....5"
Waist....7.5"
Hips......4"
Wrist.....1.5"
Neck.....2"

WoooooHooooooooooo!!!
(However No weight loss in two weeks!!!)  THAT NO GOOD SCALE!!!!!  I am so close to 230's.  My husband said he can really tell that I have lost alot of weight because I look taller.  You got to love him!!

Sorry it been awhile.....Nothing to report weight wise.  Sitting around 244#.  Had a bad weekend on the road eating kinda crazy and it carried over into the week.  Back on track now.  I can not wait to see 230's on the scale.  I also can not wait to be out of plus sizes!!!  Happy losing to all!!!

A wow moment

At church I was talking to a sister and when she turned around she was like "Wow what did you do?  You have lost a lot!  You look good.  Tell me your secret!" 

That made me feel really good because even though I know i have lost weight because of my clothes getting big.....I don't see it when I look in the mirror.

It was encouraging that someone could see the weight loss.

Bout time I said Happy New Year!!  Been exercising but eating has been kinda wild.  Got to reign that in you know!!  Ok well I know and declare that this will be a good and excellent year for me and my family.  New doors opening all over for us.....AMEN!!!
