For some reason today I have been hungry, and have not dropped any weight in 2 days. I am thinking it is the change over to full liquids for week 2. I am mostly drinking water, I have about 3oz. of yogurt and 1/2 of an Atkins shake for breakfast and lunch unless I switch off and have tomato soup. At night I have broth or tomato soup. It does not appear that I am doing anything wrong at this point, I have made certain that I am drinking what it says to do.I have my "magic bullet" ready for pureed food. now just need to know how to make the chicken taste better. I have heard a few people say that they use a lot of low sodium soy sauce, but is there anything else besides soy? If so I would like to know cause this could get old. I have tried looking for sites for recipes for the pured food week(s) but nothing. I want to do this right as my health depends on it. I am open to suggestions.
